Bye, Bye House

Los Lunas House, Winter
Los Lunas House, Fall

Well, it's finally happened...we're no longer homeowners. The government bought our house since we hadn't sold it yet. We didn't get as much as we had hoped but at least we made enough that we don't owe anything on it, it's nice to be out from under it, we couldn't have afforded many more months of mortgage and rent. I do miss our house and New Mexico, it was nice to not have to worry about the carpet and stuff like that. The house we are renting is in a neighborhood that is associated and they are very strict, we have already received a warning that the grass was too long and there were a few weeds in the rock beds. Hello, don't they know I have two babies and no time for things like weeds? (Guess not!) Emily and I did get out for a little while today to pull some weeds so they'll have to be happy with that. We took the kids on Saturday to Kiddie Kandids and had pictures done and they turned out so cute!! Anthony and Emily mostly cooperated, they did really well for their individual pics but by the time we got to the pair together, they had had it. We got lucky and got a couple of good shots and went with it. The babies are getting so big, we weighed them and they are about 12 lbs each, pretty soon I won't be able to hold them both. They are also getting so much personality and realizing that they have each other, they smile at each other a lot more now. Well, guess I'd better get to bed now, Ben is gone again this week so it kind of makes for a long day!

Those pictures are so adorable! They did really good. When is your next trip home? Lots of help here. Girls are in pre-school MWF mornings. Come on! You know you want to come home. Your mom would love it too. Is this begging going anywhere?
