The Friday night before Memorial Day we decided to go on a little camping excursion. We went overnight and stayed in a cabin at Three Island Crossing at Glenn's Ferry. It was very nice and clean and we enjoyed it...except the kids would not sleep!! I was this close to taking them home in the middle of the night and throwing them in their beds (it's about a 2 hour drive?). It was probaly about 12:30 before they went to sleep, the little stinkers!! It rained on Saturday morning so we cooked up some scrambled eggs and little smokies on the gas griddle and let the kids cast their fishing poles a few times then headed home. It was fun and just about right for a camping trip!
Ben and I have now been married for 16 years. I never thought that I would live anywhere but Rexburg, Idaho but we have lived in Butler (Pittsburgh), PA, Los Lunas (Albuquerque), NM, and now back to closer to my roots, Meridian (Boise), ID. We are the proud parents of twins which definitely keeps me busy but it has been the most rewarding experience in my life. I recently rejoined the work force (part time) and am fortunate to have a great husband who doesn't mind taking on the kids a little more. We are very blessed in our lives and are grateful to our Father in Heaven for all that we have.
